GIFT CARD TERMS

copit gift cards are issued by COPIT VERTICAL MARKETPLACE d/b/a copit (“copit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an Ontario and British Columbia corporation. COPIT operates a web app (“copit.ca” or the “Site”), and any future mobile applications (the “Apps”), plus any other properties that link to the  copit Terms of Use (the “copit Terms”) (together with the Site and Apps, the “Service”).

These terms (“Gift Card Terms”) apply to all copit digital gift cards (“copit Gift Card(s)” or “Gift Card(s)”), and are a part of the copit Terms. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you are agreeing to be bound by these Gift Card Terms and the copit Terms. The Gift Card Terms incorporate by reference the prohibition of class and representative actions and the binding arbitration provision as set forth in the copit Terms.
