Purchase and Return

PURCHASES

All fees are listed in CAD or USD, unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates, except as described below. If you are an international buyer, you may have the option to buy items in your local currency or preferably CAD or US dollars:

  • Depend on your location, we may require additional information from you, or an alternative payment other than our standard one. However, all customers are subject to the same protection and return policy.

  • Depend on your device’s IP, copit may automatically display your order total in your local currency. Your order total includes the foreign exchange rate as well as any applicable fees or costs.

  • If you return a purchase that was purchased in your local currency, you will receive copit Credit in the amount you paid in your local currency converted to CAD or USD.

  • Offers can only be made in CAD or USD at this time. We may display approximate conversions to help you make the best offer.

  • Consigning and Selling is only available in CAD or USD at the time.

Because foreign exchange rates fluctuate, the price you see for an item in your local currency may change from day to day. copit takes no responsibility for the accuracy of any foreign exchange rate applied to your purchase, especially return and refund.

RISK OF LOSS

You are responsible for any loss and damage after copit have handed the delivery of your purchase(s) or item(s) to the carrier. Replacement of purchases and credits to your account for shipments claimed as not received are subject to investigation, and we may require your signed affidavit before looking into any claim. We will replace products and credit your account at our discretion.

PRICING, AVAILABILITY AND SALES TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices are subject to change without notice. Available inventory is subject to change without notice. Therefore, we’re sorry that you may not be able to purchase the same item you originally ordered once canceled, and if the same item is available, it may not be available at the same price.

At this point, we may not collect any applicable sales or use tax (collectively “Sales Tax”) and Value-Added Tax (“VAT”) on taxable items from buyers outside Canada and United States, in regions where we have yet to incur legal obligation. ​​Therefore, buyers are responsible for any applicable custom duties and taxes that are billed by their respective country of residence.

PAYMENT METHODS

In addition to our standard payment method for credit cards, we also accept other payment methods for purchases made through copit, including bank transfer, Wise, Venmo, or even Bitcoin. Buyers can get up to 3.5% discount using these alternatives. Simply chat or email us if it's something of your interest.

SHIPPING, PAYMENT, AND CONTACT INFORMATION

Please review your shipping, billing, payment, and contact information before submitting a purchase. Billing must match the information you currently have on file with the card issuing bank for credit card payment. Please note that copit is unable to change a shipping address once an order has been processed successfully. However, you may try to cancel the order or reach out to us ASAP.

SHIPPING

All delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipments may be impacted by weather-related issues, carrier limitations, custom clearance, or other events like disasters outside of our control.

Shipping costs

  • ​We charge a flat-rate economic shipping cost to all buyers in Canada and United States. If you want faster service, simply let us know.

  • International shipping may vary depending on how we could have negotiated the rate with particular shipping agents from time to time.

  • Customers may incur charges for purchase(s) of several items or heavy items. However, we always try our best to bundle and compress or optimize shipping cost and pass the saving along to our customers.

 

Standard process within Canada and United States

Except for most items which are in our possession, certain items shipped directly from our affiliate partners or trusted vendors can take longer to be delivered to you (this ETA depends on the original location of the item(s), how quickly the partners ship the item to you, and how quickly the package gets out of custom). However, all items are subject to the same protection and buyers are covered within 20 days after delivery confirmation.

International

For international orders, delivery times or ETA are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by custom clearance, pandemic, weather-related delays, or events outside of our control.

Undeliverable

If your package is returned to us, your item(s) will be deemed undeliverable and placed into one of copit’s designated warehouse. We will attempt to contact and see whether you still want the item. After a certain period, you will receive a refund minus all actual shipping costs.

ORDER REVIEW

All purchases are subject to fraud review which may result in a delay. We may require additional information to verify your purchase(s). Until you receive final confirmation, please check your inbox (including spam) and respond to any requests for verification. While a purchase is being reviewed, the associated account could be put on hold until review completion.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any purchases.

  • For consigned and ReLIFEd items, you may have an open window of several hours after you have placed an order. The Cancel button should be available if you were to have a second thought.

  • However, certain items in our system are prone to auto-processing and cannot be canceled. But in any cases, you can still reach out to us ASAP as copit will strike our best to resolve any concerns that you have.

  • For most items sold by our affiliate partners and trusted vendors, your purchase(s) cannot be canceled once the sellers has confirmed it.

  • Once canceled, pending charges should disappear from your account in a few business days. However, if we have successfully charged your card, we will refund the amount you paid for the item(s) back to your original payment method -- please allow 3-5 business days.

RETURNS

As copit wish for nothing but your utmost satisfaction, we accept returns on most items in the same condition that have been shipped to you. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges or refunds on any items stated as "Final Sale" (e.g., Custom, Personalized, Sample, etc.).

​

In our sole discretion, copit may not issue refunds, or accept returns and exchanges for any purchases shipped to freight forwarders and then returned to us from different addresses, especially addresses in a different country from orders’ submitted information. 

​

You have 20 to request an exchange, a replacement, or a return from the date you received the item(s) -- delivery confirmation date by carriers. To initiate this request, simply let us know through chat, email, or even through our Contact form, and we'll take care of you. Qualified returned item(s) must include:

​

  • Item(s) must include the return label and packing slip provided by us—Please note: Returns may fail to be processed without a copit return label and packing slip.

  • Item(s) must remain in the same condition that we sent out to you, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, attached security tag, no visible creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no wear or debris (for shoe items), no bodily smell, fragrance, or strange smell, and including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Item(s) must be shipped to us within 10 days after a Return Label has been created for you. The evaluation process may take up to 10 business days after the item(s) has been returned to us. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

Once we have successfully processed your return, you will get back the amount that you paid for the item(s), minus the shipping costs to and from you, by issuing you site credit (copit credit) to use for future purchases, or refund upon your request, except as otherwise determined by us. In our sole and reasonable discretion, we may charge up to the full price for returned item(s) that are not in the original condition, such as damaged, abused, already washed, or with clear signs of wear.

For item(s) deemed unqualified for return processing -- including but not limited to -- clearly damaged, worn with obvious sign of wear and odor, washed or altered, missing components or accessories, etc., you will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you at your expense, or consigned with us. If you want the item(s) back, we will send you an invoice for all the shipping costs, including the return shipping cost, and then ship the item(s) to you. If you want us to consign on your behalf, we will create the listing(s) at the same price that you paid for the item(s) and if the item(s) are sold, you will be paid in accordance with our Fee Policy

After 10 days of having notified that your return request was not approved or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 10 days of receipt, our system will consign the item(s) on your behalf at the same price you paid for, and if the item(s) are sold, you will be paid in accordance with our Fee Policy.

​

If your return request is denied because the item(s) were deemed inauthentic or different than original item(s) during the return processing, you will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you or disposed of by us. If you choose to have the item(s) sent back to you, we will send you an invoice for all the shipping costs. If you do not respond within 10 days of receiving notice that your items are inauthentic or unsellable or if you do not pay the shipping invoice within 10 days of receipt, we will dispose of the items in our reasonable discretion.

PURCHASES SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM SELLERS

All items shipped directly from our affiliate partners and trusted vendors are are subject to the same Purchase and Return policy like most items on our platform. Buyers are generally covered within 20 days from delivery confirmation by carriers.

BUYER PROTECTION

Our Buyer Protection policy helps us to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for the entire copit community. Should a purchase not meet our standards, we’ve got your back through Buyer Protection.

DISPUTES

We understand that sometimes disputes may arise with a transaction made on the copit platform. If this happens, your account may be temporarily put on hold until the dispute is resolved. We kindly ask you not to evade or avoid any refund policies in regard to items purchased on our web app or associated apps if applicable. This includes not disputing or seeking a chargeback from the company whose credit card or payment method you used to purchase items. In the event that a chargeback is made, we may need to cancel your order and reserve the right to refuse any future purchases made from your associated credit card or online account. This applies to all persons associated with the credit account or who access any associated online account or credit card. Our goal is to ensure a fair and trustworthy commerce platform for all of our customers and vendors, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

All items ReLIFEd items are subject to the same Purchase and Return policy like most items on our platform. Buyers are generally covered within 20 days from delivery confirmation by carriers.
